We've created our original wrapping paper for 【je t’emmène】.

From now on, the tissue paper used to wrap shoes inside shoeboxes will be replaced with this original wrapping paper!

It was produced by Higashi Nippon Printing Co., Ltd., one of the world's largest newspaper printing companies with over 70 years of history.

Their Koto-ku, Etchujima factory operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to deliver daily news.

They print approximately 2.3 million copies a day.

Higashi Nippon Printing has launched a project for eco-friendly "sustainable original newspaper wrapping paper" using newspaper stock.

Normally, giant rolls of paper are used for printing, and there is always paper remaining in the center of the roll that cannot be used up.

To solve the problem of this leftover paper, they reuse it instead of discarding it, creating "original wrapping paper" made from recycled paper, an environmentally conscious use of newspaper.

Since we're using paper that was originally destined to become newspapers, the edges are left as they are.
