Q: How do I choose the right size?
A. We recommend purchasing the same size as your usual leather shoes, but if you are unsure, please choose a larger size.
If you plan to style them with socks, it is also recommended to choose a larger size. Even if they feel a little small upon arrival, the leather is soft and is expected to break in after a few wears.
Please also refer to the staff's wearing sizes.
Size 45 (29-29.5 cm)
If you sometimes wear leather shoes in size 24 cm, we recommend size 38.
These shoes are designed to fit snugly, like wearing socks, so if you are unsure, please choose a larger size.

Men's size 41 (25-25.5 cm) corresponds to 26 cm for women.
Men's size 42 (26-26.5 cm) corresponds to 27 cm for women.
Men's size 43 (27-27.5 cm) corresponds to 28 cm for women.
Men's size 44 (28-28.5 cm) corresponds to 29 cm for women.
Q. How do I care for them?
A. After wearing, gently brush off dust with a soft brush. Alternatively, wipe them with a soft, dry cloth and air dry them in the shade. Doing this after each wear will help them last longer. If they get wet, simply wipe off the surface moisture with a dry cloth and air dry in the shade. If the inside of the shoes gets wet, stuff them with newspaper or kitchen paper to absorb the moisture, then air dry them in a well-ventilated area in the shade.
Q: Is it possible to exchange sizes if they don't fit?
A: Upon arrival of the product, please try them on indoors immediately to check the size. If the size does not fit, we will allow one exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will exchange for a different size of the same color as your order. Please note that products must be free of dirt from wear, so please be sure to confirm the size indoors.
Please note that as these are made-to-order products, it may take an additional month or more to produce the exchanged item after we receive your request.
Returns and Defective Products
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. In the unlikely event of a defective product, please contact us within one week of arrival and return it via cash on delivery. We will exchange it for a new product or issue a refund.
